Real Estate Analyst, Property Investment Firm, Anonymous

Rapidly expanding global property investment firm seeks an Analyst to join their equities team. The ideal candidate would be someone with an Investment Banking, Asset Management or Private Equity background who understands the property sector and who has ideally executed transactions in the space.
You will be responsible for modelling, preparing investment memos and underwriting. Excellent academic record is essential. Southern European languages would be an advantage. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
