3rd year Analyst or 1st year associate, Retail and Consumer M&A; - Tier One Bank, Greenwich Partners

Our client is a leading international investment bank. They have a very strong retail and consumer M&A team, which advises companies on mergers, acquisitions, financing, takeovers and other corporate finance work. The team is very busy at the moment, and they are now in need of a 3rd year analyst or 1st year associate to help support them.

The role will work on the origination and execution of deals for the team. This will include deal modelling, financial analysis, due diligence, structuring and writing of documents, advising clients.

They are interested in meeting with people who will have a background as follows:

- Investment banking analyst or associate

- Corporate finance lead advisory from a big four chartered accountancy firm

- Excellent deal sheet

- Consumer and Retail experience is useful although not essential. The most important thing is good deal experience
