Job description
The KIID team forms part of the European Fund Reporting group located within the Client Services space. Team members are responsible for managing the production, validation, translation and dissemination of Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs). The team is also an integral part of the KIID Governance process and you will be expected to lead meetings with demanding stakeholders. You will need to make well thought through decisions related to client impact of KIID issues, often resulting in share holder mailings.

KIID team members must ensure all documents are produced, validated and finalized within stringent deadlines. Each document is created using a web based content management tool and must be reviewed, translated and published in line with guideline requirements. The production of KIIDs involves daily planning and multiparty collaboration with internal contributors and external suppliers. The team must also ensure all documents are disseminated in a timely manner by tracking publication acknowledgements and arranging KIID uploads using document manager tools.

The KIID team provides oversight of daily data feeds and must ensure that data is accurate and displaying correctly through regular reviews and ongoing monitoring. They also respond to ad hoc queries from a variety of different areas across the organization on a daily basis.

Main responsibilities include:

• Production of UK and European KIIDs across 15 languages.
• Production of KIID templates using web based content management applications.
• KIID content translation management.
• Review and validation of KIID content in accordance with procedures.
• Understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Responding to ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders and wider organization.
• Regular liaison with external vendors and dissemination platforms.
• Leading and attending error escalation and governance meetings.
• Suggesting and implementing new controls and process improvements.
• Support strong governance and control framework.
• Responding to ad hoc requests from local offices, marketing teams and wider organization.

Qualifications
Essential skills include:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple production schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and stand your ground in difficult meetings.
• Ability to develop good relationships across a variety of LOBs.
• Experience of web based content management tools.
(Previous use of ‘FundD’ content management tool or similar equivalent would be beneficial but not essential).
• Basic Microsoft office skills including use of outlook.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Pro-active approach.
