Our client is a leading provider of financing solutions to the private equity community. They are able to offer flexible packages which includes debt, equity and mezzanine finance. Whilst they are not a private equity firm, they can invest their own equity/ principal finance in deals through co-investment, alongside debt lending.

The role will work on the execution and structuring of deals for the firm.  Day to day, this will involve working in a deal team to analyse business opportunities through understanding credit and investment risks/ returns, incorporating financial analysis, valuation and modelling techniques to assess the basis upon which the Bank will lend/ invest. The main driver of the role will be deal execution.

Candidates can come from a wide variety of backgrounds including corporate finance/ M&A advisory, debt advisory, or the corporate finance advisory teams of one the big four firms. Candidates are likely to have between 4 - 8 years experience and be at the Associate/ Manager to AD level.
A full working Visa for the UK will be needed
