Job Description

Associates may work on transactions that provide exposure to various client industries and investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, refinancing’s and leveraged buyouts. Over time, most associates choose to specialize in a particular product or industry group. Associates responsibilities consist of supporting new business development and investment banking engagements. Associates are members of deal teams comprising at least one managing director, vice president, associate and financial analyst.

Qualifications
