A fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading global multibillion dollar Hedge Funds. The Fund is looking to hire a Junior Accountant to join their Luxembourg team. This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop within the fund.

The Role

• Accounts Payable
• Processing weekly invoices and following up with vendors with questions related to invoices
• Assisting with annual filings for the government
• Invoice tracking and entering
• Assisting with the annual audit procedures
• Bank reconciliation
• Monitoring cash balance in each bank account
• Monitoring direct debits and getting approval from department heads if necessary
• Filing.

Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years’ experience
• Strong undergraduate academic performance
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to organise priorities, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate
• Must be a self-starter and a quick learner who wants to work and stay
• Professional and organised.
