Summary
Ideal opportunity for an Analyst to join a established TMT Corporate Finance franchise within a leading European Bank based in London
The candidate will be covering multiple subsectors and geographies, and will be involved in M&A execution as well as origination of new deals
The candidate will receive a well rounded perspective of the development of global financial services in this position, and will be joining an award winning team in a hard working but friendly atmosphere

Main responsibilities
The Corporate Finance Analyst carries out a wide variety of tasks including:
Assisting in origination and execution of Corporate Finance transactions across the TMT sector
Involved in the preparation and pitching of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community
Financial statement analysis, financial modelling, company and industry research, and preparation of client presentations, deal memoranda etc, both in the context of the origination and execution of transactions:
Company valuations using market multiples, M&A multiples and the DCF method
Help develop transaction structures / structured solutions
Keep up to date about M&A, equity and debt related issues
Efficiently supervises interns and owns responsibility of their work
Internal & external contacts
Coordination with other SG business lines and client contact as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education
Excellent academic record obtained from a top ranked institution
Masters or equivalent qualification (ACA, CFA) preferred
Past experience
Previous experience in Investment Banking (preferably M&A) essential
Languages
Native proficiency in English and French
Any other languages considered a plus
Technical skills
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Good understanding of valuation concepts
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and relevant platforms (T1.com, Bloomberg and Reuters)
Previous experience in the TMT sector is preferable by not essential
Personal abilities
Shows strong commitment to the job, hardworking, is able to deliver under demanding conditions
