We are currently working with an exciting M&A boutique, with headquarters in the US, who are looking to further expand their European operations by adding a 2nd or 3rd year Analyst into their M&A team.

We are currently working with an exciting M&A boutique, with headquarters in the US, who are looking to further expand their European operations by adding a 2nd or 3rd year Analyst into their M&A team. 

In this role you would work directly with Senior Bankers in a small team, working on M&A deals across Europe with a focus on the Industrials sector. This role would also offer excellent client exposure, and would give the chance to travel around Europe on client meetings. 

The role:

-      Take a leading role in pitching and execution work, in support of senior bankers
-      Create detailed financial models and analyses
-      Undertake market research to support pitching
-      Take a hands-on role on all stages of the M&A deal process

The candidate:

-      1+ years’ experience working within M&A – either in a coverage role or pure M&A
-      Strong modelling skills
-      Outstanding academic track record
-      Fluency in English is essential – other European languages are desirable
