Senior Associate / Principal, Anonymous

Financial services focused private equity fund is looking to hire a senior associate / principal level private equity professional.

Key requirements:
- 4-8 years experience
- Must have M&A experience and good deal sheet
- Financial services experience not necessary, but a positive
- Must be comfortable originating and pro-actively sourcing transactions
- Strong modelling skills, including some experience with LBO modelling
- Entrepreneurial mindset

Job description:
- Perform due diligence for existing deals, including modelling and project management
- Work together with portfolio companies on ad-hoc projects
- Sector and company research
- Deal screening and direct origination
