About Our Client
Client is a leading Investment Bank in the sector and this role has come about due to internal promotion.
Job Description
The job will involve;
Financial modelling of Oil & Gas transactions
Due diligence
Creating pitchbooks and other marketing material
Client meetings
Other duties when necessary
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have;
Some knowledge of the M&A market and experience working at an Investment Bank, Boutique, or Big Four Corporate Finance team.
Strong financial modelling skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Oil & Gas experience would be helpful but not necessary.
Keen interest in the sector and the ability to learn quickly.
