Analyst, Restructuring, Duff & Phelps

Duff & Phelps, the premier valuation and corporate finance advisor, is seeking a Sales Support coordinator to support the London Restructuring business. The position will be based in London, and will report to the Managing Director’s within the London Restructuring Practice. The prospective candidate should have between 2-4 years of experience working in sales and marketing environment within professional services.
This role will be a key partner to the London Restructuring business and will principally be a key driver in managing key client relationships across all UK offices. The Sales Support coordinator will champion and orchestrate sale activities within the UK and will be viewed as a ‘go to’ person for the Restructuring Managing Directors.
Responsibilities to include the following:
Booking external and internal meetings with key clients, ensuring these are catered for appropriately.
Support and manage the relationship between the clients and the Restructuring Managing Directors, by ensuring regular meetings are set up and by developing an in-depth understanding of each client and their business’s needs.
Monitor the sales activity of each Restructuring Managing Director, collating Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reporting all activity to the Managing Director team on a weekly basis.
Ensure internal databases and systems are kept up-to-date in order to support your role within the business.
Support and assist the Restructuring Managing Directors on sale execution where needed.
Take the lead in meetings surrounding sales and marketing activities by being a valued member of the Restructuring Managing Directors inner circle.
Pro-actively design, facilitate and manage sale initiatives for each Restructuring Managing Director.
Understand the competitive environment, reporting back to the Restructuring Managing Directors on current trends, opportunities and competitive pressures.
Ensure the Restructuring Managing Directors have harnessed all the information available in order to develop a solid relationship with clients.
Ensure the Restructuring MDs market to clients in a coordinated and effective manner
Position Requirements:
Experience in sales gained through a professional or financial advisory services
