Mooreland is one of the most active global technology-focused investment banking advisory firms, serving clients from its offices in New York, Silicon Valley and London. The firm is now looking to hire an experienced Analyst to join its expanding team based in London. The position offers training, exposure, and involvement in all the steps of M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:

-  Preparation of marketing materials

-  Financial modelling and corporate valuation

- Interact closely with UK and US based team and participate in meetings with clients and counterparties all over Europe

-  Support deal teams executing on M&A and fundraising transactions throughout all stages of the project

-  Conduct research on companies and technology market sectors

Candidate profile:

-  A first-rate academic record undergraduate or postgraduate from top business schools or Universities

-  1 or 2 years Analyst work experience from leading investment bank or boutique M&A firm

-  Superior numerical and analytical skills with attention to detai

-  Exceptional financial and interpersonal skills
