Investment Banking Analysts help to assist our clients in achieving their strategic and financial objectives. Our Analysts play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions. Their responsibilities include creating and analysing financial models, organising and preparing client presentations, helping manage transaction processes, and assisting in structuring transactions.
Basic Qualifications
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and have an excellent academic record
• Minimum four years of Mergers and Acquisitions experience, with ideally a focus on Financial Institutions
• Robust financial and analytical skill set
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of intellectual curiosity
• Solid work ethic and motivation level
