Primary Responsibilities
-Managing and assisting in the execution of corporate finance transactions.
Performing financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research.
-Preparing and delivering client presentations in a clear and compelling manner.
-Acting as a mentor and role model to Analysts.
Qualifications
Skills Required
-You have a strong academic background including studying for, or have achieved, an MBA or equivalent
-Relevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) experience or equivalent required
-Fluent in English and Russian; ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is helpful
-You are a results-driven team player who performs well under pressure and against tight deadlines
-You articulate complex ideas and summarise effectively
-You are committed to excellence and maintain high professional and ethical standards
-Strong analytical and modelling skills – these are critical to success as an Associate
-Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyze and value businesses
-Strong understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environment
-Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
