Responsibilities
Analyst position supporting the M&A International team in London -
- Primary analytical support for corporate and investment bankers in the origination of corporate and investment banking transactions.
- Assist in the cultivation of customer relationships by conducting research, participating in strategic planning and assisting in the execution of advisory services.
- Participate in meetings with partner firms, due diligence visits and other interactions during which they gain exposure to key executives and senior bankers.
- Creating detailed financial models; preparing marketing documents, including pitch materials, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations.
- Conducting extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of a transaction.

- Prior Analyst experience with an Investment Bank is required. Experience from working with a coverage team or M&A team is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a classification of 2.1 or above (or equivalent).
- Sound analytical and written communication skills, proven academic performance, and willingness to take on significant responsibility.
- Must demonstrate high level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and a broad intellectual capacity.
- Must be comfortable functioning both independently and as part of a team, meeting stringent deadlines and work quality standards.
- Fluency in an additional European language is advantageous.
