Our Global Investment Banking business focuses on building long-term relationships with more than 3,000 large corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors, providing a unique breadth of services. With expertise in strategic mergers and acquisitions advisory, debt and equity capital markets, corporate banking and treasury products; they offer strong expertise and capitalise on powerful M&A, corporate banking, treasury, debt and equity product knowledge to deliver integrated and innovative financial solutions. Overview
As an intern within Global Investment Banking, you will:
• Work on projects alongside a team of bankers in industry, product and country coverage groups, providing you with the ability to build on your technical skills and knowledge of banking
• Help the team deliver solutions to clients with the full spectrum of the bank’s capabilities Actively contribute to the preparation of client presentation and underlying valuation analysis
• Build relationships, knowledge and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career options and opportunities.

Training
• On-the-desk training specific to your desk allocation
• Constructive feedback sessions through performance evaluations
• Opportunities to interact with senior bankers and network with peers

Qualifications
• Strong academic qualifications are important, but you’ll also need to demonstrate drive, innovation and a genuine interest in the financial markets.
• Fluency in English and a second European language may also be required for some roles
