Main Responsibilities
The Corporate Finance Analyst carries out a wide variety of tasks including:
-Assisting in origination and execution of M&A transactions across the TMT sector
-Involved in the preparation and pitching of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community (both M&A and ECM)
-Financial statement analysis, financial modelling, company and industry research, and preparation of client presentations, deal memoranda etc, both in the context of the origination and execution of transactions
-Target analysis and / or buyer’s acquisition capacity analysis
-Company valuations using market multiples, M&A multiples and the DCF method
-Help to develop transaction structures / structured solutions
-Keep up to date about M&A, equity and debt related issues
-Provide advice on investments or corporate finance business to external clients

Technical Skills
-Previous experience working in corporate finance / accountancy / financial services industry
-University graduate
-Top financial modelling and analytical skills
-Strong technical / analytical skills plus very good command of MS Office
-Good command of market data products including T1.com, Bloomberg and Reuters
