2-6 PQE Corporate Associate – Join this Highly Desirable West End Firm – Private Client Focus, Duke and Rawson

Our client is a very desirable West End firm now seeking a talented junior/mid-level corporate associate to join its practice.

The firm’s corporate team work predominantly works with private companies, family offices, and entrepreneurs on M&A, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements with particular expertise in the leisure and art sectors.

Candidates ideal for this particular position will have gained between 2 to 6 years’ corporate experience from a well-regarded City firm.  Excellent academics are a necessity, and previous Private Client experience would be very desirable.

Corporate associates now working at large international or Magic/Silver Circle firms now looking for an opportunity to work in a smaller environment that can offer more client contact and responsibility should consider making an application for this position.
