TAX ASSOCIATE - 1-4PQE, DMJ

Leading UK firm with a large international presence and are currently looking to hire a tax junior at the 1-3PQE level.

The firm advises on a broad range of tax and structuring issues but specifically within private equity, credit, hedge and similar funds.

Previous experience includes:

- on the establishment of Hayfin Capital and all of its fund and tax structuring matters;
- GHO Capital Partners LLP on their establishment and the fundraising of the first fund which reached c.€400m at first close;

It is essential that candidates will have gained solid exposure within a UK city practice both during their training contract and post qualification. A strong academic background is a necessity.
