Financial Analyst – London- £40k- £45k - Permanent Role

Circle Square Talent is currently seeking a qualified Financial Analyst for a leading Property firm based in London.

Financial Analyst - Key duties will include but are not limited to:

Financial Interpretation of data
Deal Valuation
Net Contribution Awareness
Forecast Cycle Management
Financial Modelling
Strategic Interpretation of Financial results
Financial Reporting
Extensive Excel Skills

Financial Analyst - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Degree Qualified or equivalent qualification or experience
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent qualification or experience
Understanding of real estate, property investment, economics and business fundamentals will be beneficial.
High attention to detail, organised, able to manage own time and workload
