Project Finance Associates (2-5 PQE)

Cogence Search are retained by a leading international firm that are seeking two associates between 2-5 PQE to join their Project Finance team.

Within the Project Finance team, you will be expected to undertake an unusually broad spectrum of work centred on classic projects and project finance work such as: private M&A work, infrastructure/ acquisition finance, PPP/PFI projects, construction contracts, energy regulatory advice and offtake agreements.

This is a great opportunity for project finance lawyers that are looking to broaden their experience, or general banking and finance lawyers that are keen to focus on matters within the energy sector.

In order to be eligible for this role you must be between 2-5 PQE and will have gained experience within a top 20 law firm. Excellent academics are a must.
