We have been instructed by this elite US firm in London on a new role for a junior associate within the Finance team.

The firm has a well-established presence in London and a significant transactional practice that includes a small but high-end finance offering, focussing on advising private equity clients on high-value leveraged buyouts.

In addition, the practice has an element of asset and structured finance work that allows associates to build up a unique skill set that would not be possible at one of the larger firms where practice areas are more segregated.

Working in this small team, junior associates are given excellent exposure to all aspects of deals with real hands-on responsibility that, along with the strength of the firm’s brand in the market, will add real gravitas to anyone’s CV.

The partners would like to recruit an NQ or junior associate with up to 2 PQE, and they are looking for candidates from other elite international firms in London.

Candidates should have a solid grounding in general transactional finance matters, although specialist asset/structured finance associates will also be of interest providing they want to undertake a broader range of work.

The firm is able to offer an attractive package including New York rates of pay.
