Client has >$7bn in their Real Estate Fund
About Our Client
The client is a leading global fund with over $100bn is AUM and has investments across several sectors. There are offices across the globe and moving between offices across countries is common for their best employees.

Job Description
The role will involve;

Detailed due diligence, financial analysis and modelling regarding various investments.
Working closely with more senior members on investments.
Preparing investment memorandums.
Sector research and presentations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have/be;

Exceptional financial modelling skills, preferably gained through a bulge bracket investment bank.
A passion for investments and a desire to work within the real estate sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
An additional European language would be an advantage.
Experience within Real Estate is helpful but not essential.

What’s on Offer
An attractive base of between £60k-£70k is on offer plus bonus and benefits.
