Corporate/Equity Capital Markets Associate 3-5 PQE, Laurence Simons

This mid-sized, and growing, London-headquartered firm, with offices in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, is looking for an associate at the 3-5 PQE level to join its Corporate practice in a role which will focus on equity capital markets (including IPOs and secondary fundraisings) and private equity investments with some more generalist corporate and M&A work. You can expect to work with a broad range of clients, with direct client contact and involvement in business development and marketing activities. The firm’s strength in private client work also gives lawyers access to high and ultra-high net worth individuals as well as business owners. You will have a strong academic background and have gained relevant experience in a leading City or large national law firm.
