Our client a global bank who operate in the mid-market advisory space seeks an Analyst to join their Corporate Finance Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business in a meritocratic environment with excellent deal flow.

Your opportunity is to join a small team, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the deal, from adding value and voicing your views in meetings, to gaining mandates and liaising with clients on a regular basis. You will play a key role within the team assisting the Directors on M&A transactions.

Suitable candidates will have a strong academic record, exceptional modelling and valuations skills. Excellent communication skills as they will be interactive on any management meeting. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional corporate financier/M&A banker at the analyst level.
