Description
My client is a highly entrepreneurial, boutique advisory shop with a global reach. Due to another period of extended growth, they are looking to add an Analyst into their M&A team and specifically TMT (Telecoms, Media and Tech).

Within this role you wil can gain great exposure on deals, much earlier than you would in other bulge brackets and also be given more responsibility, not just sitting behind Excel and compiling pitch-books.

Key Responsibilities:
• The full range of responsibilities pertaining to M&A
• Creating merger and financial model analyses;
• Generating discounted cash flow models and other models;
• Execution of mandated deals (Data Room, Road shows etc)
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials;
• Gathering public information through numerous sources;
• metrics;

Requirements:
• 2+ years M&A experience
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Ideally training from Leading team, bulge bracket or top boutique
• Authorisation to work in the UK
