A highly reputable City firm are currently looking to recruit a senior corporate associate to join their team. This position will be dealing with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on the private equity sector. This position is suitable for someone with at least six years post qualification corporate experience.

This corporate team deal with a broad range of corporate matters including advising on a range of general corporate matters as well as advising on joint venture shareholder agreements and advising on standard terms and conditions for private companies.

This team is looking to grow and is looking for a senior corporate associate to join their team. They are forward thinking and ambitious team and they are looking for an entrepreneurial corporate associate who will assist them with the growth of the team.

This position is ideal for someone with at least six years post qualification corporate experience with a strong academic profile and experience dealing with a broad range of corporate matters. They are particularly keen to see people who have had previous experience dealing with private equity matters.
