There is currently an opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate to join this stellar team in London a a senior associate level. The firm is smaller in size than most of its competitors but offers comparable work to Silver & Magic Circle peers. The Corporate Team handles a wide range of M&A, financing (VC and PE) and general corporate transaction and advisory work for a broad range of technology and media companies, from the large Fortune 500 companies to fast growing VC backed propositions.

The mix of work, combined with the firm’s ambitions, make this a particularly challenging role. The firm’s blue chip and cutting edge client base demands high quality, responsive and proportionate legal advice and a genuine, active interest in the technology and media sector. Any candidate needs to engage fully in the transaction process, take responsibility and enjoy working as a team to get the project over the line. As part of a small, growing team, there is a need to play a proactive role in developing client relationships and business development.
