TMT Focused Corporate Associate (2-6 PQE) – Friendly, International Firm in the City, Duke and Rawson

Our client is a leading international firm in the City, now looking to strengthen its corporate offering in London with the hire of several junior/mid-level associates.

The firm’s corporate department assists multinational corporations across the full range of matters, including corporate M&A, joint ventures, venture capital and ECM work.  Candidates joining the firm can expect to gain exposure across the firm’s core areas, including life sciences, technology and media.

Candidates that should consider applying for this role will have between 2 to 6 years’ post-qualified corporate experience gained from a leading international firm or reputed City practice.  An excellent prior academic record is also a necessity and candidates are expected to have gained a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a leading University or institution.
