Well regarded across many sectors but with particular focus on the technology, media and telecoms sector and the financial services space. Recent highlights have included advice to a leading UK bank on the sale of its interest in another bank. The recent lateral hire of several partners including a well known Magic Circle partner has boosted their key practice areas significantly.

Experience gained within a top tier firm is preferred. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have between two and a half and five years pqe (or equivalent experience).
