Corporate Associate 2+ PQE, Chase Portland

This is a very good opportunity for a bright and focused corporate solicitor from a respected London law firm or in-house legal department to join a highly regarded corporate department of this international firm to be based in the London office.

The department and its partners are very highly ranked in the legal directories for its level of expertise and professionalism and clients are longstanding and loyal. The department is busy and growing and now looking to expand at the junior – mid associate level.

Ideally, to be considered for this position, you will have gained excellent training and experience in a respected city corporate department and would have had good exposure to corporate M&A, venture and development capital transactions as well as to dealing with private equity houses. Additionally you will have a very strong academic background and a positive attitude towards developing and maintaining client relationships and participate in contributing towards the close-knit culture of the department.
