Energy/Media Focused Role - 2-6 PQE Corporate Associates - International Firm in London, Duke and Rawson

We are working with a growing international firm looking to add a talented junior/mid-level associate to its expanding Corporate team in London.

The firm’s corporate practice represents a host of multinational clients in a variety of sectors, including financial services, energy and technology on cross-border and domestic M&A, joint venture and equity issue transactions.

Candidates with 2-6 years’ PQE with previous Corporate experience from a highly regarded international firm are encouraged to apply.  The firm is also interested in speaking with candidates with previous experience in the energy and/or media sectors, give the focus of the firm’s Corporate practice.
