Circle Square is currently working with a top tier Boutique with an expanding presence in Europe off the back of there strong US heritage. Due to another period of extended growth, they are looking to add an Associate into one of their strongest M&A teams covering Metals & Mining.

This is a role where you can gain great exposure on deals, much earlier than you would in other bulge brackets and also be given more responsibility, not just sitting behind Excel and compiling pitch-books.

Key Responsibilities:
• The full range of responsibilities pertaining to M&A
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials;
• Creating merger and financial model analyses;
• Generating discounted cash flow models and other models;
• Execution of mandated deals (Data Room, Road shows etc)
• Gathering public information through numerous sources;

Requirements:
• 4-6 years M&A experience
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Ideally training from leading team, bulge bracket or top boutique
• Metals & Mining experience is desirable but not essential
