Associate 3 / VP, Leading Restructuring team, US Large Cap, Circle Square Talent

Circle Square is currently recruiting for one of the leading Investment Banking Boutiques in London, seeking a Senior Associate and a Vice President to join their Debt Restructuring team. The firm advise corporations and institutions on a variety of capital structure, restructuring and financing situations (Large and Mid-Cap), but all in distress.

You will be joining a world renowned brand and surrounded by individuals that are leaders in their field. As a top tier organisation you will be competing against other Bulge Bracket organisations and getting exposure to an incredible variety of work and experience that will not only better your CV, but give you an unmatched training base.

The client is swamped with Active deals and need people who can step up to the next level. We are looking for top tier individuals who have exceptional talent and ambition to join a leading organisation and develop their career.

You will have:

* Bulge bracket, or leading Boutique training
* Extremely strong LBO modelling skills.
* You MUST be able to communicate effectively
* 5-8 years experience in Debt (with a deal or two restructuring) and ideally in debt restructuring
