Analyst
AEW is a leading European real estate investment manager with 9 offices throughout Europe, the group has over 280 employees who are responsible for €18.2 billion of assets under management.
The Analyst is expected to support the pan-European real estate teams working across a number of departments – Asset Management, Investment and Fund Management.  The position also includes working closely with our experienced research professionals.
Main duties will include:
Management of property portfolios
Preparation of business plans and valuations
Assisting sourcing, executing and closing of commercial transactions
Analysis of property markets/sectors and existing investment portfolios
Maintaining and reviewing fund models and financing databases
Assist with client reporting
Candidates should have:
Experience within the private equity real estate industry with knowledge of US markets
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Experience of financial/cash flow modelling
A solid understanding of Real Estate
An understanding of compliance legislation – FCA, BaFin,SEC, FATCA
High degree of computer literacy is essential
Economics or a business/finance related degree demonstrating strong academic record
Strong communication skills
