Associate - Infrastructure, Infrazec

The Client

Our client specialises across a number of sectors including infrastructure, focussing on buy-side and sell-side M&A with a European remit. The Infrastructure team currently focuses across a variety of sub sectors including Renewables, Transportation, Power & Utilities to name a few. They are currently involved with a number of very high profile transactions across the sector and as such are looking to hire two exceptional associate level professionals.

The Role

Developing and interpreting financial models
Independently managing and overseeing valuations
Preparing pitch books and attending meetings with Directors
Mentoring and training Analysts
The Candidate

You will currently have 2 - 6 years experience working for an infrastructure team with a bank, fund or specialist advisor.
Strong financial modelling skills are a must and an aptitude to analyse and screen investment documentation is essential.
Candidates specialising in debt or equity are welcome to apply.
You must have had relevant exposure to the sectors highlighted above.
Candidates might have been exposed to other subsectors such as PFI/PPP
