Tax Associate, Olswang

he Olswang Tax Team is headed by Mark Joscelyne and consists of five partners, two legal directors, six associates, two trainees and a Know How consultant.  The Tax Team works closely with the firm’s corporate, commercial, IP, real estate, finance and other departments.  The Tax Team’s work consists of transactional and advisory work.  Its focus is on developing and implementing tax neutral or tax positive solutions and outcomes.
The Tax Team advises on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions including corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations, private equity deals and funds structures.  The Tax Team also advises on employment related tax issues and on both direct and indirect taxes in relation to e-commerce, exploitation of intellectual property, film financing and other structured finance, outsourcing and gambling.

We are currently looking for a Mid-Level Associate focusing on mainstream corporate and real estate related tax work to work within the Tax team based in our London office
