Our client, a very well regarded practice, listed in the Legal 500, is currently looking for a company/commercial solicitor to join their expanding team.

As the successful candidate you will be an ambitious solicitor with experience in a wide range of company/commercial cases, including the sale and purchase of private and public unlisted companies; shareholder agreements; drafting articles of association; corporate M&A’s and MBO’S; service agreements; private equity investments and general company law and related commercial advice.

Whilst a following would be advantageous it is in no way an essential requirement as there is an existing client base to work with and grow. Business development experience is essential however, as is the willingness to continue marketing and networking to develop the practice further.
