Senior Tax Associate, DMJ

A leading City practice is looking for a Senior Associate to join their reputable Real Estate Tax team in London on a permanent basis.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team, this position offers the opportunity to work with a wide client base and the team often advises on large scale, global transactions. In this post, you will work on a variety of structured real estate matters including corporate, M&A and joint ventures. You will draft structure notes, tax reports and will also negotiate contracts and documents relating to direct and indirect real estate. With this role also comes supervisory responsibilities and a key part of this position will be developing more junior members of the team.
