1-6 PQE Corporate M&A; Associates – Insurance Focused Role at Well-Regarded City Firm, Duke and Rawson

Our client is an internationally recognised City firm, now interested in speaking with Corporate associates of all levels to develop their insurance practice in London.

The joining associate will become part of the firm’s corporate practice but will be responsible for assisting with matters in the insurance sector.  This will include working on insurance M&A, insurance policy negotiation, and regulatory matters, amongst others.

Candidates interested in applying should have between 1-6 years’ post-qualified corporate experience gained from a well-established international firm.  Whilst not essential, previous experience gained in insurance/reinsurance would be highly desirable but this role would also be suitable for generalist corporate lawyers interested in specialising in the insurance sector.  Strong academics are a necessity and candidates interested in applying should have gained a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a leading University.
