They are currently seeking a bright Corporate Associate at 3PQE+ to join their cross border transaction practice. You will work as part of a friendly team and gain good exposure to a range of M&A transactions, where you will be the lead Associate, working closely with a variety of different partners.

The successful candidate will have experience of working at a top UK or US City firm, where he or she will have gained a minimum of three years’ post qualified experience.
