Corporate Associate - 2-5 PQE - Top International Firm, Laurence Simons

This Top 20 City firm provides a truly international offering to its clients, acting across the full spectrum of Corporate transactions including M&A, Private Equity, ECM/AIM, and JV/VC work. Due to a continuing increase in workflow, an additional associate is required to join this very highly regarded team, working across the full range of aforementioned areas.

Applicants will join a collegiate and friendly department, with close ties to colleagues in the firm’s various international offices. Applicants can expect to undertake cross-border work as part of their remit, often acting on major transactions with numerous offices across Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia.

The successful applicant will have gained their experience within either a top City, International, or Circle practice, and will be keen to maintain a broad and diverse skill set within the Corporate spectrum.
