Corporate Associate 1+pqe- Top 20 International firm

A highly reputable, International firm are currently looking to recruit a 1+PQE corporate associate to join their team. This position will be dealing with a range of corporate transactions and is best suited to someone with at least one years post qualification corporate experience.

This International firm advise on a range of domestic and cross border M&A including public takeovers, corporate restructuring and joint ventures. The work is often high value and high profile with an International element. Their client base ranges from national and multinational corporations, governments, regulatory bodies and financial institutions.

Recent examples of work includes:

Advising an investment company on a £3.3bn merger
Assisting on a £1.3bn IPO of a leading defence and technology company
Representing a US private equity firm on a €141m sale to an Italian based technology company

This position is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a reputable corporate team. The ideal candidate will have had at least one years post qualification corporate experience at a reputable corporate team. Associates will need to be able to demonstrate excellent technical ability as well as strong academics.
