Our client is a globally recognised international firm that is now looking to make several hires into its Corporate practice in London.

The firm’s Corporate practice represents a host of well-regarded multinational corporations on M&A, joint venture and venture capital transactions.  The firm is also recognised for its work in the private equity space and this particular role will involve work in this area.

The firm is looking for a candidate with at least two years’ post-qualified experience working in the corporate practice of a highly regarded international firm or practice.  Stellar academics are a must and candidates with previous experience with private equity clients will be highly regarded.
