DealGlobe is an online to offline (O2O) platform providing an innovative full-service approach for Chinese outbound investment into Europe based in London, Shanghai & Beijing. The DG concept was launched in 2014 with the commercial HQ is London with R & D and technical services run out of Shanghai. DealGlobe was a winner of the UKTI Sirius programme in 2014.

ROLE
We require a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern who is responsible for helping to create and maintain the company sales plan, research and find new business opportunities. In addition to working closely with senior management and the company founders on the sales plan, you will be working closely with the product team in the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare insights covering major transactions (often time critical, high profile and potentially sensitive reports); develop investment market analysis; contribute to production of investment tools
Participate in the ongoing development and expansion of our research practice
Work with the sales team to strengthen relationships with existing clients, and to identify and win new business
Help prepare and analyse financial models
Research EU investment targets, including financial, qualitative and valuation analysis
Organise and conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree, preferably finance / economics related
Preferably experience of working with data providers within the finance industry
Strong strategic and analytical mind-sets
Some experience or knowledge with any or all of the following is highly desirable: Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Consulting, Equity Research or in an Accountancy Firm
Fluency in written & spoken English with a preference for either one additional language, Mandarin or any major European language.
