An excellent opportunity to join one of the world’s leading law firm in a thriving private equity practice where you will:

-Work in partnership with the private equity partners on transactions;
-Have the opportunity to become involved in business development activities; and
-Take on general M&A matters (both public and private) with leading partners from the main corporate group.

The ideal candidate will:

-Be 4 - 6 years PQE;
-Have excellent academics;
-Demonstrable experience of Private Equity and M&A transactions;
-Have worked at a comparable global law firm or high end leading City practice;
-Ideally exposure to energy, infrastructure, real estate and financial services sectors; and
-Experience or and willingness to get involved in business development, both on an informal basis and in formal pitches.
