My client specialises in luxury serviced apartments and thrives on using technology to underpin and redefine the way they can offer rented accommodation to all types of clients, in some of the most exciting and glamorous cities in the world.

As they are a young business they have a number of exciting developments they plan to launch in the next couple of years. They are specifically focusing on new product and city launches that are carefully targeted at areas where genuine long-term growth can be fostered. 

One day you may be working with both the Finance and Marketing team, to suddenly working alongside the City Operation team to help them improve profitability, putting together new business models and finding new investors to secure fundraising. As this is a private equity backed business, the role of the Senior FP&A Analyst becomes more challenging and high profile; this is far from the traditional reporting role as you will be responsible for shaping the direction of the entire organisation.

Ideal Profile:

Oxbridge educated with a 2.1 or above or a 1st class degree from a Top 10 Redbrick University
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 1-3 years PQE
Ideally Top 4, with a year in industry in a commercial position with solid FP&A Experience
Completed a Finance Graduate Scheme with solid FP&A Experience
Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial or fast growth environment.
