Our client, a leading US private equity house, is seeking an Analyst to join its European Investment platform. This company is focused on strategically managing real estate investment platforms in the United States and internationally, and have an impressive track record to date.

The team focus on European acquisitions and invest in both Debt and Equity transactions, with a flexible approach across the capital structure.

This candidate will support the Directors in the acquisitions process, providing assistance with the execution of the transactions as well as the numerical support.

Due to the range of transactions that the team work on, it is imperative that the successful candidate is of a high standard in Excel and can build complex models from scratch. Candidates should be able to model both debt and equity scenarios and potential investments.

A keen interest in real estate from both debt and equity stand points is key.

All applicants should be team players who are keen to learn and willing to work hard.

A European language would be a plus but is not essential. Written and spoken English must be to a high level.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have experience as an Analyst in either a private equity outfit, investment bank or real estate finance role, however, other backgrounds will be considered by Cobalt.
