ECM/M&A; Associate - Top 20 City Firm (2 to 5PQE), Noble Legal

Currently seeking a bright mid-level corporate / corporate finance associate, this firm’s corporate practice has gone from strength to strength in recent years. With a number of impressive partner hires, the firm are busier than ever and now require an additional lawyer to bolster the London team.

You will enjoy a broad range of corporate work, including advising on corporate finance and ECM matters, as well as mid to high value private M&A transactions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ PQE gained at City firm where he or she will have at least some experience of Equity Capital Markets matters.
