We are currently working with a leading TMT boutique, who are looking to further expand their London team by adding a 1st or 2nd year Analyst.

We are currently working with a leading TMT boutique, who are looking to further expand their London team by adding a 1st or 2nd year Analyst.

As a business our client are looking to expand further into Germany, so fluency in German is required. In this role you would work on cross-border M&A deals across Europe

The role:
- Play a key role in pitching and execution work, in support of senior bankers
- Create detailed financial models and analyses
- Undertake market research to support pitching
- Take a hands-on role on all stages of the M&A deal process

The candidate:
- 1+ years’ experience working within M&A – either in a coverage role or pure M&A
- Strong modelling skills
- Outstanding academic track record
- Fluency in German in essential
- Our client is open to sector backgrounds, although TMT experience would be highly beneficial
